Who’s Out of Touch? 5 Health Care Lies

Why Obama’s math just doesn’t add up.
Everyday our favorite democratic leaders try to push on us their alternative universe where stuff they say makes sense. Take for example Harry Reid’s comments about the supreme court,
“I think we’ve had enough of them… I think that what we need are people on that bench who have been legislators, people who are academics.”
This comments origins come from the State of the Union address which has become a political pep rally and where President Obama picked at the supreme court while they had to sit expressionless per the requirements of protocol.
The State of the Union isn’t the only forum that’s been degraded during Obama’s Presidency. The WhiteHouse.gov website has also become nothing more than a propaganda tool. This week the Obama Administration is trying to convince you with numbers that the time for an agenda with support around 30% is NOW.
The title of the campaign is: “Putting American’s In Control of Their Health Care”. Really? Think of one thing the government does with you that you have more control over because they’ve partnered up with you. Let me know when you thought of something. Until then, lets look at the first number and see how much “More Control” the government would give you.
1,115 or $1,115- was spent on average for employer-sponsored family coverage. We’ll that’s a high number. I believe it’s accurate too. Our small family of 3 was looking at a bill of $780+ to be carried by my employer and I. We’re a healthy family that never goes to the doctor. The coverage would be nice, but not as nice as having an extra $580 in my pocket by choosing a watered down plan that would save us from bankruptcy if we became sick. It was my choice to make. What levels of insurance do you think the Government would give me? I’m thinking a “one size fits all” plan designed to help distribute the “health wealth” with a cost above $780 and I’m thinking $780 in the private sector, not taking that same amount of potential care and insurance and putting it through the government machine that has such success stories as the IRS, the DMV, and now THE CENSUS… yes that institution that paid for a super bowl commercial then sent out a letter telling you that another letter was coming with the census. Wouldn’t it be nice each month if you got a mid-month letter telling you a bill was coming? Now that’s efficiency.
8- Number of people every minute who are denied coverage, charged a higher rate or otherwise discriminated against because of a pre-existing condition.
Well yes there are. It’s called insurance because you’re to get it before you have the condition. You don’t buy home insurance while your house is burning or auto insurance while the car you hit is in the shop. There are unfortunate things that happen to people in unfortunate circumstances, but fortunately they live in the most giving or charitable country in the world. And we’re not that way because of a government mandate.
625- That’s the number of people who lost their health insurance EVERY HOUR in 2009. Wow. That’s a high number. You know what’s also a high number? During the first 13 months of the recession 384 Americans were loosing their job every hour on average. Do you think the jobs lost durign Obama’s first year in office could correlate to people loosing their Health Care? How many more people do you think are going to be hired when the employer knows that he’ll be required to be billed for the “One size fits all package” from the bleeding government machine? That number just links up Obama’s chief of staff comment that, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste“. It’s sad that so many people loose their jobs and Health Care, but shouldn’t we be focusing on lowering costs to make it more affordable and improve the economy rather than building up the Reach of an overspent Federal Government?
8- That’s the number of “leading economists” including three Nobel Prize winners who sent a letter to President Obama and Congress yesterday urging the swift passage of comprehensive health insurance reform to curb skyrocketing health care costs.Wow Economists. You can find just about 41 idiots in any industry. Definitly can’t find any economists that want to socialize America. Doubt those same economists would be the same people. Same story- Handing the Industry over to the fed won’t lower anyone cost, just distribute wealth.

You’re an idiot. And you can’t spell or logically answer a logical argument. Your answer to “41″ sounds like something a jr. high kid would say on the playground: denial does not constitute a refutation of an argument.
Thanks for your comment David, please come back again! jr. high was a hard time for you I’m sure.
the liars of what the health care bill will do are making plenty of money from their lies. why is it hard for republicans to except dems helping the less fortunate? we will pay premiums and yet be able to choose our own ins. company. yea, the ins. companies will yet be in business. do you lie just to hear your own voice? i really want to know. did you read the bills/did you understand it? why do republicans insist on scaring people, especially our older generation with their untruths. its shameful. i feel for those who chose to believe it.
What about those of us that don’t want to help other people?
People should pay for there own healthcare and not expect others to bare their burdens.
My biggest complaint is choice. If I choose to help other people that’s great, that’s my choice. Being forced to do something against my will … well that just makes me angry. In fact that makes me want to do the exact opposite.
You want healthcare? Get a job, pay for it yourself.
Who wrote the health care bill? I give you a hint. The insurance companies. They couldn’t possibly be evil, no no.. Democrats, republicans are all the same. 2 choices for president Ron Paul, or lying Jokers, Pre-Selected from the global bankers and mega-corporations. D-Obama is just continuing where R-Bush left off
