Obama’s Gay Marriage Lies

President Elect Barack Obama:

I am not somebody who promotes same-sex marriage, but I do believe in civil unions.

The Windy City Times, Chicago’s oldest gay and lesbian newspaper reports that he filled out a questionnaire in 1996 and said:

“I favor legalizing same-sex marriages and would fight efforts to prohibit such marriages.”

  1. That is one smooth politician. Naturally will tell the people what they want to hear. Wonder what he really thinks.

  2. Typical. Lies, lies, lies. This puppet is only geared at paying back his backers – of course, he actually believes that he is “the guy” though his backers (from many Middle Eastern countries) might really expect him to deliver. Hope Michelle gets her ‘fill’ of Iranian Caviar (her favorite) before the rest of us realize the real deal with this guy.

  3. What a scumbag liar. He says he is not for homosexual marriage, but he denounces prop 8 in California. So he says he is not for homosexual marriage, but he supports it. He talks through both sides of his mouth.

  4. Of course he’s just going to do whatever to fit into the crowd that supports him.

Time for change? Looks like more lies and mediocrity. There’s something much deeper about how corrupted our government is today.

I guess he’s just doing what all politicians are taught to do: lie. They just make things up as the go along to fit the situation. Why can’t they just say what they think and stick with it.

  6. Obama has been quoted as saying he knows he has a gift to be able to talk to a room of people with different viewpoints and make them all walk away thinking he is on their side.

  7. The prince of demons has that same gift. It’s called being a devils advocate.
