North Korea had their own Memorial Weekend events launching short range missiles. Yes, one of the dictators that Obama Promised he’d sit down with without preconditions has gotten the nuclear power they were seeking. The president of Iran, of course, is just seeking nuclear power nothing to worry about there.

Meanwhile, back at home, Obama has nominated a Supreme Court Justice that has stated that legislature comes from the bench of justices. If this isn’t enough to upset one side of the country, the other side of the spectrum worries that Sotomayor isn’t liberal enough, that Obama Lied about the type of Justices he’d put into office. A quote that Sotomayor thought meant enough to put into her yearbook at Princeton was from Norman Thomas, a six time presidential candidate for the Socialist Part of America. The quote goes, “I am not a champion of lost causes, but of causes not yet won.” Although the left may not think she is left enough she is surely in line with Obama’s audacity to hope for a socialist United States.
