Impeach Obama Billboard
An Impeach Obama billboard has gone up recently along Highway 41 near Oshkosh at the cost of $1,000 a month. The Billboard is getting a lot of attention because it is calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama. This raises the question “Has Obama done anything impeachable?” If you believe he has leave a comment and we’ll accumulate a list of impeachable offenses.
What is clear is that Obama lies. We’ve already called for Mr. Obama to Resign. He’ll surely be a one term president as he strives to shove Health Care down our throats. The people in Massachusetts have already voted in referendum against his Health Bill in electing Scott Brown. He’ll meet this Thursday for a “Bi-partisan Health Care Summit”, where he’ll continue his lies that the reform will be better for the country.
I agree that Obama should be impeached, his deception stops now.
I don’t believe that Obama should or could be impeached. The criteria for impeachment states that he needs to be guilty of “Treason, Bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors” which is obscure if anything but is generally considered to be any patently unlawful act done while serving in office or in the course of election to said office.
I do believe he should be subject to a recall election however. He has continually lied to the U.S. population and although there is no law preventing this, it is entirely unscrupulous. He has lied his way through the Democratic primaries, the General Election, and now his first year in office.
Although in essence impeachment can be called for by any sitting Representative, and seconded by the another, with his support in the Legislative branch by the Obamanists…er…Democrats would prevent the simple majority required in the house, or the 2/3 majority required in the senate.
The only criteria to institute a recall, if it is applicable to federal office, and it should be, is that the official be demonstrated to be guilty of an offense to those he or she represents and a petition be generated with sufficient signatures verified to be actual. The most recent example of this is the recall of Gov Gray Davis in CA.
I agree with @Rob I don’t think he’s done anything impeachable. I like the idea of a recall.
My complaint is Obama doesn’t listen. He’s made up is mind and can care less what the people think.
When he is willing to sacrifice our country, by pulling us down into even more debt, it shows me he has no respect for the American people.
Obama has the following issues which affect he way he has chosen to lead this great nation.
1. Extreme arrogance – This guy has had smoke blown up his ace for so long he now beleives that he is so far above the rest of us that we are insignificant.
2. Removed from reality – Obama is so far removed from mainstream Americans that he cannot fathom the hardships that it’s citizens are now experiencing.
3. NO practical experience – Obama has no executive experience and that fact has shown it’s ugly head over and over in his first year. He appoints \czars\ to extremely important positions so they may be overpaid by the taxpayers.
This week he took credit for the Iraq elections going smoothly. My God hit him with the lightning now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obama should be impeached because he circumvented the U.S. Constitution several times!!!!! If that isn’t impeachable then what is?? He’s not a king or ruler ; he is an elected offical to do the WILL of ‘WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA’!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This president is very arrogant, looks down at all the people, won’t listen to anyone. A Yale grad and can not find a church in D.C.he can not tell anyone if he believes in abortion, can not hold a news conference, because he would have to lie his way through it. He won’t produce his birth certificate. He is not a citizen. Isn’t that enough?
His repeated lies (which can be clearly proven via videotape, transcripts, etc) have illustrated how often he lies with no compunction whatsoever. He does not rule with the will of the people but the by the whims of his agenda. Jon’s points were clear and if President Clinton was impeached, surely this frightenly inexperienced and dangerous man needs to be driven out of office.
