That’s right, the governor of Illinois was arrested.  Arrested on allegations that Blagojevich and Harris schemed with previously convicted Obama associates Antoin Rezko, Stuart Levine, Ali Ata and others to arrange financial benefits in exchange for appointments to state boards and commissions, state employment, state contracts and access to state funds.  The biggest one being the vacant senate seat left by Barack Obama.

Looks like politics as usual in Illinois.  First the republicans in the state screw up, and now the democrats.  I sense a pattern.  Get elected in Illinois, become corrupt, orr is it become corrupt and get elected.  Interesting to say the least.
